Reccomended brewing
We like to brew with a ration of 1-15 to 1-17 (parts coffee to water).
The SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) lists the golden rule as 10 grams of coffee to 180ml of water. Which is about 2tbsp. to 6oz of water. This is a great place to start!
Don't forget the grind can make a big difference, so you can also adjust that, depending on your brew method.
